Our Legal Basis

* Consent – for marketing emails and waitlist communications, which you can withdraw at any time
* Legitimate interests – for things like responding to enquiries and improving our website
* Legal obligation – for keeping financial records as required by law
Who We Share Data With

We don't sell your data to anyone, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Both companies have their own privacy policies and safeguards in place for this, which we'd encourage you to review if you'd like more detail.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your data for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal obligations (such as financial record-keeping), and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. If you unsubscribe from our mailing list, we'll stop using your data for marketing straight away.

Wild Stories is designed for families, and we know children are often part of the experience. Accounts and purchases are always made by a parent or guardian.
